Figure Is Inspired by Classic Hula Girl Souvenirs and Bobbles at the Waist
Lake Forest, CA – December 16, 2016 – Cryptozoic Entertainment, leading creator of board games, trading cards, and collectibles, and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment, today announced this week’s release of the Harley Quinn Hula Girl bobble figure.
Reimagining DC Super-Villain Harley Quinn, the bobble figure is influenced by the hula girl souvenirs that became popular following the influx of American soldiers during World War II and tourists after the war. The PVC figure stands approximately 8 inches tall and bobbles at the waist, like traditional hula girl figures. It was sculpted by Varner Studios and comes packaged in a display-worthy window box.
Part of Cryptozoic’s new line of collectibles, the Harley Quinn Hula Girl will be available at retailers nationwide starting December 21 for a suggested retail price of $22.99.
