Industry Summit Giveaways

By Miranda Charsky

George and I will be traveling to Las Vegas this weekend to set up at the Industry Summit, hosted at The Orleans Hotel and Casino. If you are not familiar with this event, it allows retailers, distributors and manufacturers the opportunity to sit down for a few days and discuss the state of the industry. Although primarily focused on sports cards, as an entertainment company we feel it is just as important for us to show support by attending and spending time with retailers who contribute so much towards the health of the hobby.

The Industry Summit allows George and I some time to discuss content, licenses, pricing and marketing support with the retailers who are in the trenches and helping to deliver the content we produce to the collectors and fans.  A great experience to say the least, it is a show we always enjoy attending and we come back with tons of great feedback.

As a special treat for retailers this year, we will be giving away unique, crash-numbered cards to the first 175 retailers (cards are numbered 1/175 through 175/175).

Kaley Cuoco Autograph card from The Big Bang Theory Seasons 1 & 2

Cards are pulled from our 3 years of quality assurance quantities, and are limited to only one card for any subject.

Norman Reedus Autograph from The Walking Dead Season 2

This means there will be only one Nathan Fillion autograph from Castle Seasons 1 & 2 Trading Cards, only one DC Comics Batman: The Legend sketch card, and so forth.

Triple Wardrobe from The Vampire Diaries Season 2

We have included 4 special cards, which are otherwise completely unavailable: Downton Abbey Sketch, Downton Abbey Mini-Sketch, Adventure Time Sketch, and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Sketch card.

Sketch card from Downton Abbey Series 1 & 2

If you are interested in finding out more about the show, you can check out the Industry Summit website, as well as keep an eye on Beckett and Cardboard Connection next week for news from the show.
