NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (NPN) PROGRAM

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A CARD THROUGH THE NPN PROGRAM.

Cryptozoic Entertainment (“Cryptozoic”) offers a No Purchase Necessary (“NPN”) Program for eligible trading card products. Look for the NO PURCHASE NECESSARY notice on eligible Product packaging.

1. Eligibility

The NPN Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard containing:

  • Your full name

  • Your return mailing address

Mail the postcard to:

[PRODUCT NAME]
C/O NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
23212 Mill Creek Dr., Suite 300
Laguna Hills, CA 92653

Limit one (1) entry per mailing address per eligible Product. No purchase is required to enter.

By submitting an entry, you agree to these rules.

3. Entry Period

Entries must be postmarked no later than forty-five (45) days after the applicable Product’s release date.

The release date and NPN postmark deadline for each currently eligible Product are listed in the Active NPN Products section below.

Entries postmarked after the applicable deadline are void and will not be eligible.

4. Selection

Eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing for the applicable Product. Drawings will be conducted on or about sixty (60) days after the applicable Product’s release date.

Selected entrants will receive a card from the NPN card pool for the applicable Product.

Only selected entrants will be notified. Cards will be mailed to the address provided on the entry. Cryptozoic is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

5. NPN Cards

Cards available through the NPN Program are determined by Cryptozoic for each eligible Product and may include Base Cards, Chase Cards, Autograph Cards, Wardrobe Cards, Sketch Cards, or other insert cards.

Cards awarded through the NPN Program will be selected at random from the cards made available for the applicable Product. Cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Odds

Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible NPN entries received and the number of cards made available through the NPN Program for the applicable Product.

7. General Conditions

Cryptozoic reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, postage-due, or otherwise do not comply with these rules.

Cryptozoic reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent the entry limitations, tamper with the entry or selection process, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the NPN Program.

All submitted entries become the property of Cryptozoic and will not be returned.

8. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with the NPN Program will be used to administer the program and will be handled in accordance with Cryptozoic Entertainment’s Privacy Policy.
